This policy explains what information is collected when you use AudioCutter at mp3cutteronline.org (“the site”, “we”), and how it is used.

Your audio files

Audio files you open in AudioCutter are processed entirely in your web browser. They are not uploaded to our servers or to any third party, and we cannot see, store or access them. When you close the page, the file is gone from the site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

The site shows a simple total visit count. To produce it, your browser sends an anonymous request to a counter service (Abacus by jasoncameron.dev) that stores only a running number for the site. No personal data is stored by the counter. The site also keeps a temporary note in your browser's session storage so that reloading the page is not counted twice.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites.

Third-party resources

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from the jsDelivr content delivery network. These services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files, as with any website that uses them.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data processed by Google for advertising, please use the Google links above.
